JVN Complete Instant Recovery Heat Protectant Leave-In Serum - I received this hair treatment in the Sephora Favorites Set. This serum has a light consistency. It is recommended to start with applying a small amount and add more if needed. A little bit goes a long way, for sure, and for my mid-length hair, I didn’t need a lot. I like that this serum absorbs fast and it doesn’t leave any sticky or greasy feeling. I can tell that it smoothes out frizz and leaves hair smooth and straight. But, since I originally don’t have a frizz problem, instead, I’m looking for products that would add volume to my hair, this serum turned out not to be very useful to me. I also must mention the smell - it smells just like Oribe signature scent, which I love! All in all, I would still recommend this serum if the effect it gives - it’s what you are looking for in a hair product😉
