Tocobo Collagen Brightening Eye Gel Cream - this would be a great eye care product considering its price and the 30ml bottle. Unfortunately, it’s literally a watery gel. It dries down instantly and it feels like nothing. It doesn’t do anything, no matter how much I apply, there is no difference. I wouldn’t recommend it, for sure.
