This highlighter actually feels wet and cold to the touch, which is very interesting. The shade itself is sparkles on a clear shiny base. I would use it as a body luminizer during summer and apply it with a brush. But on the face it looks best when applied with fingers - this way I can really achieve that glass-like finish. It also will look good as an eyeshadow topper✨
