I always apply any hair oil on towel dry hair. First, I tried to apply a full pump, and it ended up to be too much and gave greasy hair look. So next time after washing hair I applied about half a pump, and this amount seems to be just enough for my medium length fine hair. Definitely need to start with smaller amount and add more if necessary. This oil makes hair more manageable and noticeably shiny. It’s not very fragranced. A little bit goes a long way. Maybe it will work even better if use it while styling hair with hot tools👍🏼
