Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base - this cream got a very pleasant citrus scent. I tried using it as a regular day cream, but surprisingly it felt very drying on my originally oily skin, even though the consistency was thick and firm. It worked good as a makeup primer or base for foundation. I don’t think I would buy a full size, but I’m glad I tried it.

I didn’t expect to like this cream so much! I always thought it’s more on a thicker side just by the description. But, surprisingly, it feels very comfortable on my oily skin. The texture is firm initially but melts into skin as soon as I start applying it. It’s very moisturizing and makes a perfect base for makeup. I just wish it’s not so pricey, because I would definitely be buying it on a regular basis.

Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream

Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream - lightweight moisturizing cream for every day. It’s great for any season, but I’m not sure about any skin type. It worked perfectly for my oily skin that becomes dehydrated during winter. It’s fast absorbing, balancing, and very comfortable throughout a day. I totally enjoyed using it and will buy it again for sure!

111Skin Celestial Black Diamond Retinol Oil - I received this luxurious retinol oil in one of the gift sets with purchase. I used it as a part of my nighttime skincare routine during winter, not every day, but every 2-3 days. The consistency can be too oily, so I tried to apply only 1 pump. If you have dry skin you can apply more. It instantly makes skin soft and smooth and with continuous use it evens out texture. It lasted me a pretty long time using it every other day. I liked how it worked, but would I spend $250 on a full size? I don’t think so:) But if I happen to get it as a gift again, I will gladly use it😉

Gisou Honey Infused Hair Oil

Gisou Honey Infused Hair Oil - I received a mini bottle of this hair oil in the Sephora Favorites set. This oil got no noticeable scent. The bottle can leak if don’t close it properly. Usually I apply any hair oil after shower on wet hair. I tried 2 pumps at first, and every time it was too much, my hair ended up looking oily on ends. I reduced amount to one pump only and it was ok that way, but still not best - hair didn’t look very soft and silky smooth. Another thing I didn’t like is that after using it I had to wash my hands with soap immediately as it leaves a very unpleasant oil residue. All in all, this hair oil is not my favorite, but I’m glad I tried it. I will continue using my Moroccanoil and Ouai hair oils, they are the best so far😉

I received a mini size of this serum as a gift with purchase from Sephora. It got the same light citrusy smells as eye and face creams from this collection. Serum feels lightweight and absorbs quickly. I liked using it both day and night. It’s moisturizing enough and works great under makeup. Skin feels smooth and plump. But I’m not sure if I really need a full size of it, because I have other products that give the same results. So if I happen to get it as a gift I will use it, but probably won’t it purchase myself.

Tatcha The Dewy Skin Cream Plumping and Hydrating Moisturizer 

I received this mini Tatcha cream as a part of Sephora gift set. I love its signature scent (same as the Rice Face Wash). This cream is really plumping and intensely hydrating, and it’s perfect for very dry skin. My skin type is oily, and even during winter this cream was too dewy to me. I ended up using it as an overnight hand cream. It works wonderfully restoring dry skin overnight! So I would definitely recommend it for dry, dehydrated skin types, it’s one of the best hydrating creams for sure!

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this cream blush works! I got the shade Whisper - peachy pink, perfect for summer, and it would look extra good on tan skin. This cream blush is super easy to apply and blend, it adds a beautiful tint, that looks very natural and refreshing. I wasn’t a big fan of cream blushes before, but loved this multi-stick cream blush so much, I can’t stop using it now!

Rare Beauty Kind Words Matte Lipstick in the shade Humble - semi-matte lipstick in warm nude shade that’s suitable for light skin tones. It can look dry and emphasize lines and flakes on lips, so after trying different ways of applying it, I’ve found that it looks best if tap the excess with finger tips. This way it will look smoother and last longer. Otherwise, you might not like it:) I got it in the Sephora Favorites set. Even though there is a way to make it work, I probably wouldn’t recommend it.
